When you create an account or place an order we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and approximate location (latitude/longitude) so we can process and deliver your orders. On the mobile app we may also collect a push notification token to send order updates.

• Provide real-time delivery tracking between you and the delivery person
• Send order confirmations, updates, and promotional notifications
• Improve our services, fix bugs, and enhance user experience

3. Location Data

If you choose delivery, we request your device location to pre-fill your delivery coordinates and enable live tracking. You can deny location access at any time through your browser or device settings; however, delivery tracking may not function without it.

4. Data Sharing

We share your name, phone, and delivery address with the restaurant(s) fulfilling your order and with the assigned delivery person. We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be used internally.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Convex's cloud infrastructure secured with industry-standard encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to authenticated users and authorized restaurant staff. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

6. Your Rights

• Access & correction: You can view and update your profile information at any time.
• Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data via the Delete My Account page. Deletion is processed within 7 days.
• Opt-out: You can disable push notifications from your device settings.

7. Cookies & Analytics

The website uses essential cookies for authentication. We may use anonymous analytics to understand usage patterns. No advertising trackers are used.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
